Ritchey Enterprises often uses the Design/Build delivery approach.  With the Design/Build method, we act as the single point of contact for the owner and accept responsibility for the design and construction of the project.  This places all responsibility in Ritchey's hands, freeing the owner to focus on it's primary business.
