DESIGN BUILD
Ritchey’s design/build efforts afford our clients cost savings and reduced administrative burden by placing both design and construction in the hands of a single entity. Acting on behalf of the client, Ritchey uses its strategic architectural and subcontractor alliances to effectively design and manage the entire project delivery process.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Ritchey's deliverable processes and approach encompass a diverse range in options to proactively manage the sequence of construction. Utilizing the latest in technology, Ritchey has streamlined communication between project team members and integrated systems to track a project's status in real time.
TERM CONTRACTS
In addition to negotiated contracts, Ritchey also provides services under a unit cost or defined term basis. Scope requirements range between on-call service agreements and phased renovations/facility upgrades.
SERVICE AGREEMENTS
As a turnkey general contractor, Ritchey performs a variety of services from changing a doorknob to building headquarter campuses. Specifically, Ritchey's service division provides 24-hour on call service including drywall, carpentry, millwork, and MEP. Our fleet is supported by onsite trucks, equipment, and materials to use at a moments notice.
