Jeffrey H. Ritchey

Jeffrey H. Ritchey serves as President of Ritchey Enterprises, Inc and has served in this capacity since the company was founded in 2003.  Mr. Ritchey brings to Ritchey Enterprises over 16 years experience in preconstruction management, general contracting, design build, and construction management services.  In his current role, he focuses on business development and administration; and provides overall leadership for current projects.

 

As the company’s president, Mr. Ritchey has enabled Ritchey Enterprises to experience rapid growth while maintaining excellent service in the construction industry. Ritchey Enterprises was recently named by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the “Hot 100 Fastest Growing Companies in America”.

 

Mr. Ritchey holds General Contractor licenses in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Texas, and Oklahoma.  Ritchey Enterprises is a progressive construction services provider focusing on Hospitality, Retail, Medical, Financial, and Commercial Office projects. 

 

Significant projects include: Starbucks, Zaxby’s, Backyard Burgers, National Bank of Commerce, First Horizon Financial Centers, SunTrust, Jameson Inns, British Consulate General, Callaway Partners, Mighty Distribution Center, Aegis Communications, and Nextel Communications.

 

Mr. Ritchey was formally educated at Georgia Southern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction and Contracting.
