Kristopher Leary serves as Vice President of Construction of Ritchey Enterprises, Inc.  Mr. Leary brings some 20 plus years of construction management experience to the company in a wide variety of construction projects with an emphasis on Retail, Hospitality, Medical and Class A office space, including both ground up and interior projects.

As Vice President of Construction, Mr. Leary is responsible for the overall coordination and performance of all construction team members.  Kris serves as the primary point of contact for all project teams and serves as on-site liaison of the project between owner and contractor during the construction phase.

Mr. Leary has been most instrumental in enhancing Ritchey Enterprises’ construction delivery operations and efficiency.  His representative project experience includes:

Mr. Leary attended Hiram College in Hiram, OH where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Business with a concentration in Management and Accounting.
